How can I change the participation date or number of participants?
Changes to your participation date and number of attendees can be made via your My Page. The change procedure is as follows. <Members> ① Log in via the [My Page] link in your reservation confirmation email or the URL below: https://book.gangala.com/me/signin?lng=en-US ② Tap [Reservations & Tickets] ③ Tap the reservation listed under [Before Participation] ④ Tap [Change] next to the participation date or number of attendees and update to your desired details ⑤ A new reservation confirmation email will be sent <Non-Members> ① Tap [My Page] link within the reservation confirmation email' or “If you already made a reservation without creating an account, click here.” via the URL below. https://book.gangala.com/me/signin?lng=en-US ② Enter the first and last name of the person who made the reservation and the reservation details ③ Tap [Change] displayed next to the participation date and number of participants, then modify the details as desired ④ A new reservation confirmation email will be sent ※ If the reservation change period has passed and you cannot make changes, please contact Valley of Gangala directly.
Please tell me how to cancel a reservation.
To cancel a purchased reservation, please do so from your My Page. The cancellation procedure is as follows. <Members> ① Log in via the [My Page] link in your reservation confirmation email or the URL below: https://book.gangala.com/me/signin?lng=en-US ② Tap [Reservations & Tickets] ③ Tap the reservation listed under [Before Participation] ④ Tap [Cancel] at the bottom of the page, agree to the cancellation policy, and proceed with cancellation ⑤ You will receive a reservation cancellation confirmation email <Non-Members> ① Tap [My Page] link within the reservation confirmation email' or “If you already made a reservation without creating an account, click here.” via the URL below. https://book.gangala.com/me/signin?lng=en-US ② Enter the first and last name of the person who made the reservation and the reservation details. ③ Tap [Cancel] displayed at the bottom of the page, agree to the cancellation policy, and proceed with the cancellation. ④ A reservation cancellation email will be sent.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by product. Depending on the cancellation date, cancellation fees may apply. Please be sure to check the policy at the time of purchase. For details, please refer to the [Cancellation Policy] section at the bottom of each ticket's details page.
The reservation completion screen was displayed, but I have not received the confirmation email.

I canceled it myself from My Page. When will I receive a refund?
The timing of refunds to your credit card varies depending on each credit card company. (Typically, it often takes several business days.) If you wish to confirm the specific status of your refund, we kindly ask that you contact your credit card company directly.

How to Purchase and Payment Information

Please tell me how to purchase the product (guided tour/ticket).
The purchase procedure for each products (guided tour/ticket) is as follows: ① Open the page for the product page you wish to purchase ② Select the 【Number of Participants・Date】 on the calendar within the page, then tap 【Next】 ③ Register as a member (Choose either email address, Google, or Facebook) ※ You can proceed with the reservation without registering as a member. ④ Fill out the reservation form ⑤ Enter your credit card information ⑥ Complete 3D Secure authentication for your credit card ⑦ The reservation confirmation page will display, and a confirmation email will be sent
Please tell me the available payment methods.
The following credit cards are accepted: ・VISA ・MASTER ・JCB ・AMEX ・DINERS ※Prepaid cards and debit cards are accepted ※Other payment methods, including QR payments, are not accepted ※Only credit cards with 3D Secure authentication are accepted
I haven't received the password for 3D Secure authentication.
Your password will be sent to the address you pre-registered with your credit card issuer, not to the address (mobile phone number or email address) you provided when purchasing tickets or registering for membership. Please check your email settings, as it may have been filtered into your spam folder. If you do not receive it, please contact your credit card issuer.
Please tell me how to register for 3D Secure.
The registration method varies depending on the credit card issuer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact your credit card issuer directly.

About Using Tickets

Please tell me how to display the tickets.
To view purchased tickets, tap [View Tickets] within your reservation confirmation email. No login is required to view tickets from the confirmation email. If you cannot locate your reservation confirmation email, you can also view your tickets by logging into My Page or authenticating your reservation via the URL below. The steps to view tickets are as follows. <Members> ① Log in to your My Page via the URL below https://book.gangala.com/me/signin?lng=en-US ② Tap [Reservations & Tickets] ③ Tap the reservation listed under [Before Participation] ④ Tap [E-Ticket] <Non-Members> ① Go to the URL below and tap“If you already made a reservation without creating an account, click here.” https://book.gangala.com/me/signin?lng=en-US ② Enter the last name and first name of the person who made the reservation, along with the reservation details ③ Tap [E-Ticket] in the upper right corner of the reservation details page
Please tell me how to use the ticket.
Please show your open ticket screen to the staff. After confirming the number of participants, the staff will process the ticket.
Will paper tickets be issued?
No. All tickets purchased on this website are electronic.
Can a representative purchase multiple tickets and share them with companions?
As separate use is not permitted, please ensure everyone is present before using the facility.

Regarding Receipts

Can you issue a receipt for a past transaction?
You can issue receipts for past reservations as well. The issuance procedure is as follows. <Members> ① Log in via the [My Page] link in your reservation confirmation email or the URL below: https://book.gangala.com/me/signin?lng=en-US ② Tap [Reservations & Tickets] ③ Tap the reservation listed under [Completed] ④ Tap [Issue] next to the receipt, confirm the recipient name, and issue it <Non-Members> ① Tap [My Page] link within the reservation confirmation email' or “If you already made a reservation without creating an account, click here.” via the URL below. https://book.gangala.com/me/signin?lng=en-US ② Enter the first and last name of the person who made the reservation and the reservation details. ③ Tap [Issue] next to the receipt, confirm the recipient name, and issue the receipt.
What is the deadline for issuing receipts?
The system does not set a specific expiration date.
