The audio guide follows the Japanese explanation, helping you deepen your understanding in your own language. This immersive tour invites you to explore the nature, history, and ancient mysteries of the Valley of Gangala on a deeper level. <Tour Features> ●Engaging live commentary by a Japanese-speaking guide ●Multilingual support (audio + text display) to ensure clear understanding of the content ●Dedicated devices are available for pickup at reception; no need to download an app or prepare a smartphone in advance ●Audio playback is operated by the guide, allowing guests to simply relax and listen ●A approximately 90-minute journey through Valley of Gangala, where you can experience nature and history Children aged 6–11 may choose whether or not to use the audio guide. If they choose to use it, a separate device usage fee will apply. • Requirements

  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the departure time on the day of the tour.
  • There are no restrooms at the reception area (Cave Cafe) or along the guided tour route. Please use the restrooms near the parking lot in advance.

• Restrictions

  • Please do not remove or move any plants or animals in the valley.
  • Smoking is prohibited within the valley and inside the limestone caves.
  • Bringing outside food is not permitted.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The walkways are maintained, but there are several staircases. Participation with wheelchairs or strollers is not possible.
  • The Cave Cafe is available only for the guided tour participants. (Usage is limited to before the tour departure.)

• What to Bring

  • You will walk about 1 km along the path. Please wear comfortable shoes.
  • There is no rental of rain gear available. In case of rain, please bring your own rainwear or purchase a simple rain poncho at the reception.
  • For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from using umbrellas in strong winds.

• Additional Info

  • A beverage (cold tea) included in the guided tour will be handed to you by the guide at the time of departure.
  • Tours are conducted as usual even in rainy weather; however, they may be canceled in the event of severe weather conditions.
  • Cancellations via the website are accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled reservation time. After that, please contact us by phone to cancel.
