Requirements
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the departure time on the day of the tour.
Restrictions
- Please do not remove or move any plants or animals in the valley.
- Smoking is prohibited in the valley.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The walkways are maintained, but there are several staircases. Participation with wheelchairs or strollers is not possible.
- The Cave Cafe is available only for tour participants. (Usage is limited to before the tour departure.)
What to Bring
- You will walk about 1 km along a forest trail. Please wear comfortable shoes.
- Rain gear is not available for rent. In case of rain, please bring your own rainwear (a raincoat is recommended) or purchase a disposable raincoat sold at the tour reception.
- For safety reasons, umbrellas may not be allowed during strong winds.
- Cold tea will be provided during the tour. It will be handed out at the departure time.
- Please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the tour.
Additional Info
- The tour will proceed as usual even in rainy weather, but it may be canceled in case of severe weather conditions.
- There are no restrooms available during the tour. Please use the facilities near the parking lot before departure.
- The tour course is suitable for those who can walk normally and go up and down stairs. (Small children will need to be carried by a guardian.)

Awesome
We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and a huge thank you goes out to our female guide. Although we do not speak or understand Japanese, she was incredibly dedicated and put great effort into explaining everything to us, even making a point to come right over to our side to ensure we understood. I don't know her name, but I am truly grateful for her enthusiasm and help. I was very impressed by the body language and effective gestures she used while leading the tour and giving explanations. She was so fun, engaging, and sincere! She made our visit to the Valley of Gangala a very pleasant and memorable journey. Thank you so much!

雨でしたが楽しめました
雨でしたが逆に雰囲気が出て良かったです。ツアー前のカフェでいただいたコーヒーも美味しかったです。ガイドさんの説明もわかりやすく、写真も撮っていただいて良い思い出になりました。
