• Requirements

  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the departure time on the day of the tour.

• Restrictions

  • Please do not remove or move any plants or animals in the valley.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the valley.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The walkways are maintained, but there are several staircases. Participation with wheelchairs or strollers is not possible.
  • The Cave Café is available only for tour participants. (Usage is limited to before the tour departure.)

• What to Bring

  • You will walk about 1 km along a forest trail. Please wear comfortable shoes.
  • Rain gear is not available for rent. In case of rain, please bring your own rainwear (a raincoat is recommended) or purchase a disposable raincoat sold at the tour reception.
  • For safety reasons, umbrellas may not be allowed during strong winds.
  • Cold tea will be provided during the tour. It will be handed out at the departure time.
  • Please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the tour.

• Additional Info

  • The tour will proceed as usual even in rainy weather, but it may be canceled in case of severe weather conditions.
  • There are no restrooms available during the tour. Please use the facilities near the parking lot before departure.
  • The tour course is suitable for those who can walk normally and go up and down stairs. (Small children will need to be carried by a guardian.)
